Our second hotel in Fredrick MD has been booked. We are staying at the Fairfield Inn and Suites.

Its pretty decent and across from dining options etc. We are really on our way here, most of the supplies have been purchased, we're really moving along. Next thing we need, volunteers. Anyone know anyone who wants to volunteer?

Reflective Vests
So I've been looking around for good deals on reflective vests. Here are the options I have come up with.
Amazon has a vest right now that is $9.97 and is good for running and walking, it is adjustable so it won't flop around on you while you run. And that is a good price. It is eligible for free shipping on orders of $25 or more, so we could do a group order on that one.
REI has a vest for $15 that is also fitted and would be good for running. The Anniversary sale starts tomorrow so if you are a member you can use your 20% off coupon and get it for $12.
Amazon also has the cheap $4 vests. They might be a little looser and floppy so that might not be the best for running. I think they velcro closed in the front. At least it looks like that in the picture. They might need an additional safety pin or two but they would get the job done.
I am just going to assume that everyone is going to go ahead and take care of their own vests unless I hear of enough people who want to order off of Amazon. So if that is something you want to do let me know.

Resort Booked
We have booked the Rocky Gap Resort for Van 1, which also happens to be the starting line. Ragnar had a pretty awesome rate, so we saved quite a bit of money there! YEAH!! Should be fun. Here is the actual resort website if you are interested in seeing what they offer, not that we will have anytime, but maybe for a future visit. Or if Van 1 decides to check in early afternoon instead of late night.
