Tonight 8PM at Ashley's house we will have our meeting to choose legs. I will post the legs to the blog after they are finalized.
Here is a list of things that we need to be thinking about for the future.
BEFORE THE RACE
Register- Complete individual team sign up
Record 10K pace (pace you think you will average during the race)
Friends/Family that want to fill any of those duties
Team Runs - 2x a month starting in June (Spread Sheet for dates and who wants to be in charge) Place to run, mileage 3, 4, 5timed, 6, 7, 5

Money $90.00 Person Registration
Additional $127.00 per person
Hotels - $600
Gas - $400 - 2 vans 3 tanks each at $60 a tank + $40 additional (Depending on Gas Prices)
Shirts - $25/person = $300
Supplies - $75 (may be less if we have most of these supplies)
Gifts- $150 3 volunteers, drivers, bikers, Van providers
Total- $1525/12= $127.00 Dollars + $90 = $217.00
